Fort Morgan is a great area to stay it offers many beach resorts, beach rental homes and rental condos overlooking the beach. For your family photos, we will come to you. We photograph at all the beach resorts and homes. We have been working in the area as a beach photographer for over 15 years going back to 2001.

Many people spend the day on the beach having fun or fishing. When we come out for your family beach portraits we start one hour before sunset. This is the best time of day as we shoot on into sunset. It is cooler out at this time of day and offers the beach sunset. We shoot with both natural light and off camera flash when needed.

Finding The Right Beach Photographer

Finding the right photographer for your family beach photos is not as easy as it sounds. You will find many photographers website but if you look at their sample photos you will see photos that are not in focus, many have blown out backgrounds or just strange looking colors and bad posing.

Getting to be a good beach photographer takes time and understanding on how the sun works for you or not on the beach. Many local photographers do not use any flash so they are very limited on what they can get on any given day. Many days you do need flash to get good photos based on the sun or clouds out. Many other photographers have no skills in posing people and it shows in their photos. Many like to use lenses that blow out the background so you louse all the good color and look of the beach.
