We love colors dress in bold colors it looks great on the beach in photos or we recommend white shirts and khaki pants, white shirts and blue pants, white shirts and blue jeans, Light blue shirts and blue pants or brown and white
Girls can also ware a white dress if they like.
Shorts are also a good idea.
Small children should be dressed to match the adults.

Yes, props are a great idea for adults and kids.

Some examples would be Fun hats, Play sand bucket and shovel, Sunglasses, Fishing poles, Cigars, Toys, and for the kids you can dress them up in different costumes if you want for some photos. We are all about having a fun time on the beach for your Gulf Shores family beach photography session.

This will be up to you. Many times at the end of the photo session if you are willing to jump in and get wet we can take a lot of fun photos in the water its all up to you.

We will take a lot of photos to make sure we have what we need and everyone has their eyes open in the photos.
We do not have a set amount that we take each session is unique and some sessions have many more people in them so we end up taking more photos as needed. You will end up with a lot of great photos from your session.

Base Family Package at least 35 Edited ready to print photos but this can turn into a lot more many times.

Extended famlye session at least 55 photos or more.

We start editing your photos many times that night after the session. Your photos will be posted on-line ready for you to view and download with in 24 to 48 hours unless we have told you otherwise like we might be going out of town to shoot a wedding the next day.

Yes we have shot lots of large groups up to over 50 people on the beach. The larger the group the more time it takes to get everyone set right but yes we can do it.

You can pick our Family Reunion Large package this covers from 12 people and up.

This does happen from time to time.

If your photo session is rained out we will set it up for the next day if we can.  So please try to set up your session a few days before you are going to be going home so we have a few days to keep trying.
Also it may rain only part of the day and we can still take the photos after the rain at sunset.

In the event we are unable to take your photos do to bad weather we will refund you back the full session fee you have paid us with no delay.

This is very simple. Once you book and pay the session retainer fee we are going to turn down everyone else that calls for that time slot and date so we do not offer any refund for a cancellation as we have turned down other people who wanted your time and date.

You are paying us a retainer fee to hold the date for your photo session.
The retainer fee is non-refundable.

We will move your session to another date if you like as long as the date is still open for up to one year.

We will refund back your retainer session fee if we can not preform the job do to equipment problems (Has never happened we have backup equipment)
If we for some reason break down on the way to the job and can not take the photos.
If its raining at the time of your session and we can not take the photos and can not set up a new time to take them.

Yes many times its a good idea to have your photo session at a different location other then the beach.

We can meet you at a park, Beach house, inland home or just about anywhere on the coast with in our driving range.

We can take photos at any time of the day but the best time is around an hour or so before sunset. We do also offer a mid day session starting around 2PM.

2pm afternoon sessions will produce very bright images and are best for you if you want a lot of running and walking on the beach photos and kids playing around with less posed shots as it is harder to shoot the posed groups with this bright of sun but works great for fun lifestyle sessions.

One down side is at this time of day the beach can be very crowded so you can expect to see other people in the background of a lot of your photos.

We can take a $200 retainer fee for the base family package and $250 for the extended family session this is half down or you can just pay it in full.

The balance is due the day of the session before we start in cash.

This is a creative photo fee for us to take the photos and to lock in your date. This is a non refundable fee as after we book your date we will then be turning down anyone else that calls for that date.

You can also pay the fill amount at the time of booking with us many people like to do this to have it out of the way.

If you are making a retainer fee the balance is due the day of the shoot before we start shooting in Cash or Credit card payment no checks will be accepted.

We offer all the standard sizes in both regular prints and in Fine Art Canvas prints.

Sizes include 5×7, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20, 16×24, 20x20,  20×24, 20×30, 24×30 and 30×40.
We can make montage prints that have many images layout on the print with edge effects in the sizes of 8×10, 11×14, 10×20, 10×10, 16×20 and 20×30.

Yes this is one of the best ways to order your portraits.

The photo lab we use will drop ship your print framed for you right to your home so this can be done very fast.
